Ask the Facilities and IT Operations Team

Who is in our Facilities and IT Operations Team?

Hello, I’m Sinead, the Facilities and IT Operations Manager at Colloide. I have been with the company for over 14 years and have gained experience across various departments. Throughout my tenure, I have collaborated with engineers to create O&M manuals, which has helped me become proficient in reading tier drawings, identifying numerous parts, and understanding our Risk Assessments. I also spent some time with the sales team working on PQQs and tenders, but quickly realised that it wasn’t my preferred area. In the Accounts Department, I managed daily data entry, and I have also acquired experience in purchasing. My job title reflects the diverse range of tasks I handle, as I am involved in different departments and adapt to new challenges daily.
