Christmas at Colloide is always a highlight of the year for our staff, and 2025 was no different. A range of activities and events were held throughout December for our staff to enjoy and give back to the community.

Brew Monday and Advent Calendars

Our monthly Brew Monday events took a festive twist in December, creating the perfect opportunity for staff to connect and unwind. Festive activity sheets helped spark conversation, while candy canes and a seasonal selection of brunch foods added to the Christmas cheer. To make the countdown even more special our elves arrived early to deliver advent calendars to every member of our staff, helping everyone to mark the days leading up to Christmas.

12 Days of Christmas

We held our annual 12 Days of Christmas event. Over 12 consecutive days staff were randomly selected to receive festive gifts. Prizes ranged from M&S wellness baskets and VODUZ hair bundles to air fryers and a variety of vouchers. It was a fun and festive way to spread Christmas joy.

Christmas Charity Appeal

Colloide was proud to support Kinship Care and their Christmas appeal, raising an incredible £1,765.00 for the charity. This was made possible thanks to the generosity of our employees, along with their families and friends. This support has helped many children and families across Northern Ireland. This achievement is a true reflection of the kindness, community spirit, and shared values that run through Colloide.

Christmas Lunch and Secret Santa

On Thursday 18th December, our Limavady office was filled with festive cheer as the team came together for a delicious Christmas lunch. Our celebrations began with festive fries from McAtamneys, a wide selection of desserts and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages which kept the spirit high. Many of our members of staff wore their festive jumpers, adding extra colour and Christmas cheer to the day.

Our Secret Santa gift exchange delivered plenty of laughs and smiles as gifts were exchanged among staff. Followed by our annual Christmas raffle where many of our staff won raffle prizes. Staff also enjoyed a gift bag from the company as a token of appreciation for their hard work all year round. The day was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together and share laughs.
