Colloide Launch Lean Morning Meetings
On Tuesday 9th September 2025, Colloide launched its first Lean Morning Meeting, led by Managing Director Paddy McGuinness. The following week, on the 16th September, our new Continuous Improvement Engineer Brona McPeake took the lead, and now we are delighted to confirm that a full schedule is in place until the end of the year.
The meetings will take place every Tuesday at 9:45am sharp, lasting 15 minutes. They are designed to bring the Colloide team together in an open, structured and engaging way.
The meetings are open for all staff to contribute. Team members are encouraged to make presentations their own and introduce topics they feel are valuable for discussion.
