Ongoing hard work deserves rewarded – and if that reward happens to be ice cream, even better! With the warm weather being something of a rarity for us, we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to show appreciation for the hard work and dedication our team demonstrates every day, regardless of the forecast.

To celebrate, we welcomed an ice cream van to our Limavady site, while employees at our Cookstown office enjoyed a few well-earned McFlurrys in the sun. Unsurprisingly, neither lasted very long! Behind the Ice cream, the day highlights the values that TIES us together, Teamwork, Innovation, Excellence and Sustainability. Our team honour these values every day, these are what shape our culture, and our success. We believe that it is important to recognise and celebrate our people whenever we can.

Our culture places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, personal development and learning. Ice cream day was a great addition in creating a positive environment at Colloide, and always good for some midday motivation for our hard-working staff.

Most importantly, it was a small way of saying thank you to our employees for everything they do to help Colloide grow and excel.
