Colloide, welcomed representatives from Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke (NICHS) for an insightful session on the importance of maintaining a healthy heart. This visit was part of a series of wellness initiatives undertaken by Colloide to promote the well-being of its employees. 

Engaging Heart Health Talk

The NICHS team arrived at Colloide’s headquarters to conduct an engaging talk focusing on heart health awareness. They highlighted the significance of adopting healthy lifestyle choices to prevent cardiovascular diseases and maintain overall well-being. The presentation was well-received by the staff, who found the information both enlightening and motivating. 

Health Checks Day: Promoting Employee Peace of Mind

In addition to the educational talk, NICHS organised a separate day dedicated to providing health checks for Colloide’s employees. This initiative aimed to offer individuals peace of mind by assessing their current health status and providing personalised tips for leading healthier lives. 

During the health check-up sessions, members of the NICHS team conducted a variety of private tests, including blood pressure measurements, cholesterol screenings, and BMI assessments. These health checks not only identified potential risk factors but also gave participants with valuable insights into their health.
