Colloide, in collaboration with Scottish Water and Ross-Shire Engineering, delivered two Rotating Half Bridge Scraper Systems for the Alford Wastewater Treatment Works situated in the picturesque town of Alford, Scotland. The objective was clear: to elevate wastewater treatment standards and promote environmental sustainability.

To meet the requirements Colloide introduced new systems to the sites two Primary Settlement Tanks both with a diameter of 9220mm. Installation included two rotating half-bridge scrapers. These systems efficiently remove sediment, directing it into a sludge collector pit, and swiftly eliminate floating debris.
